Chrysler 300S Turbine Edition was presented at the Detroit Auto Show

Chrysler Group LLC stand now can boast of a truly unique model Chrysler 300S Turbine Edition. The company has decided to pay tribute to the Turbine concept which was released fifty years ago. In 1963, Chrysler released wide for that time Turbine Concept, it received a futuristic appearance, and unusual for the time the engine-turbine. That was exactly the engine-turbine, not turbocharged power unit. The manufacturer produced about fifty models, most of which were mercilessly destroyed. But until now nine Turbine Concepts miraculously survived.

In Detroit was presented the one and only copy of the Chrysler 300S Turbine Edition, which received minor differences from the production version of the sedan. The main difference is the color scheme named Turbine Bronze, connected the unusual color and a matte surface. The body of a concept has got gloss black and matt accents – roof, edging of headlights, tinted glass, etc.

The contrast of color and black accents is combined with chrome details of the body, such as the grille and front and rear bumpers parts, body side mirrors, and twenty two inch wheels.
