In particular due to the 9-speed automatic, 184-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder Tigershark gasoline engine consumes 6.7-liter of fuel per 100 kilometers. According to the automaker, the new engine improves fuel efficiency by 13 percent, power – by 6 percent comparing to the outgoing four-cylinder engine. Sedan is also available with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 producing 295 hp.

Another important addition is turning “disk”, which came to replace the traditional gear lever. According to Chrysler, it “helps to understand control intuitively and to feel more confident.” An understeering switch is offered optionally.

In the US, 2015 Chrysler 200 is available in four different versions: LX, Limited, 200S and premium 200C. Model 200S has a darker, more sinister appearance due to the glossy black finish and chrome accents, including the frame around the side windows. 200S version is equipped with dual exhaust and 19-inch aluminum wheels Hyper Black.
