The redesigned 2017 Chrysler Town & Country model received numerous unexpected updates. For the first time the minivan has got side glider doors and the foot-operated lift of a luggage compartment, allowing passengers to open the door automatically without a key. In addition to the foot powered back door, the new Town & Country was supplemented by a USB connection to charge all seats in every row, as well as the optional built-in vacuum cleaner, borrowed from the last generation of Honda Odyssey.
