Chrysler PT Cruiser turned into a pick-up

Bulgarian Carbon Motors tuning studio has turned Chrysler PT Cruiser hatchback in a two-door pickup. The novelty, called PT Cruiser Widebody, has got a special body kit and interior.

The car has received a completely new design. The tuners demounted the rear body of the five-door hatchback, and made there a small loading platform. The model is equipped with the other bumpers, extended wheel arches and special side skirts. As the result, the width of the model has increased to 2000 millimeters. The pick-up’s saloon has been completely changed; on the site of air duct there are plugs. Inside, there is also a new different center console. The steering wheel, seats, instrument panel, front pillars and some other plastic elements are covered by a leather.

There is no information about any technical changes of the special Chrysler’s version. Chrysler PT Cruiser hatchback was manufactured from 2001 to 2010. At the end of its production life the model was offered with a 2.4-liter gasoline engine, developing 150 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque, as well as the supercharged unit of the capacity 230 hp (332 Nm). The transmission was five-step “mechanics” or four-step “automatic”.
